As a coach, I believe that clients are creative, resourceful and whole – even if they don’t believe it yet – and are responsible for their own choices. My coaching philosophy aligns with the International Coaching Federation’s definition of coaching: “to partner with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”

The coaching partnership offers a space for self-awareness, action and accountability. My approach is founded on trust, connection and direct and empathetic communication which supports a client’s expanded awareness around possibilities and celebrates their progress – both big and small.

Coaching is forward-looking and focuses on creating outcomes. As your coach, I’ll support you in identifying and closing the gap between where you currently are and where you want to be.

Most people come to coaching with a desire to create radical, life-changing shifts, and our work together will take place over the course of a year or longer. For those with specific, shorter-term goals in mind, six months may be enough to reach the next step. This is a personal choice based on your vision and goals.

A coaching partnership is a powerful one that requires honesty, commitment and courage to step into the uncomfortable. Before getting started, it’s important to have an initial call to make sure the connection is there. During this call, I’ll also be able to answer any questions or clarify expectations.

Over six weeks, the Positive Intelligence ® program helps you build a foundation of mental fitness by strengthening three critical mental muscles to shift the balance of power from your inner Saboteurs (inner critic) to your inner Sage (positive self).

This is the right program for you if you are a) committed to improving your performance and effectiveness while reducing stress, b) looking for a science-based and trusted system to make it stick, and c) willing to put in the initial effort to rewire years of mental habits that don’t serve you.
