Beyond coaching, I love exploring…whether it is finding a new coffee shop, traveling to a new city, hiking with a friend, or simply admiring a sunset. I am often in awe of the world we live in and get to create. Originally from Colorado, I moved to New York City in 2010 to expand what I felt was possible in my life and career.

Professionally, I have nearly twenty years of business experience at companies large and small. I’m a partner and the head of people and administration at Gladstone Place Partners where I support the firm’s growth and strategy, including the personal and professional development of team members.

I hold a master’s degree in Human Capital Management from New York University and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Colorado. I am a certified leadership coach and a member of International Coaching Federation, an association for trained coach practitioners. With a passion for learning, I’ve completed trainings in Dare To Lead™, group coaching, Positive Intelligence® coaching, and yoga and meditation.

As an active supporter of my community, I serve as the President of the Board of Exhale to Inhale, an organization that empowers survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault through trauma-informed yoga. I also provide pro bono coaching to non-profit organizations through ICF’s New York Community Impact Committee. Previously, I sat on the board of Gift of Adoption’s NY Chapter and was part of the U.S. Grant Selection Committee.

When I’m not in New York City, I spend time in the Hudson Valley area.
